FAQ

Questions

Can I browse and buy cards at the store?

Yes. MIRACLE offers Pokémon singles and original packs in Osu. Check the current stock, selling prices and purchase conditions in store.

Are these selling prices?

No. The listed PSA10 prices are reference offers for cards you sell to MIRACLE. Selling prices and available stock are separate.

Can I sell non-Japanese cards or unopened boxes?

The listed buyback service covers Japanese cards sealed in PSA cases. Non-Japanese cards, ungraded cards, boxes, packs and cards graded by other companies are outside this service. Ask about handling of PSA grades other than 10 separately.

Can I mail cards or request international shipping?

Mail-in buyback and the official LINE photo consultation service are still being prepared. Do not send cards before receiving instructions. International shipping and tax-free purchasing are not confirmed here; please check with the store before making plans.

What should I prepare to sell PSA cards?

Keep the PSA case sealed. Prepare the card name, set number, grade and photos of the label and both sides of the case, including visible damage. The final offer follows inspection of the physical card and case. Applicants under 18 cannot use the service.

Can I speak English at the store?

Yes. English-speaking service is available for shopping and in-store buyback. Chinese and Korean are website guide languages; staff support in those languages is not confirmed.

How will I be paid when selling cards?

In-store buyback is paid in cash after you accept the final offer and complete the required procedures. Mail-in buyback will use a bank transfer to your own account once the service opens. Appraisal time depends on quantity, condition and store traffic.

What should I bring for an in-store appraisal?

Bring your cards in their sealed PSA cases and prepare identification. Check accepted identification and eligibility with the store before visiting. A list of card names, numbers and quantities helps with larger collections.
